Meguiar’s D156 Synthetic X-Press Spray Wax uses a unique blend of Hydrophobic Polymer Technology to deliver durable protection with a deep rich gloss in a quick and easy application. Just mist on and wipe off. This easy to use spray wax can be applied in direct sunlight and won't leave a wax residue on rubber and trim like traditional liquid waxes and paste waxes. Meguiar’s Synthetic X-Press Spray wax is a quick and easy way to apply polymer wax protection to your paint and obtain deep, dark reflections.

How to prepare the vehicle’s paint surface before waxing
For best results with Meguiar’s Synthetic X-Press Wax, apply to a clean surface. If the paint is dirty wash thoroughly with a premium pH balanced car wash like Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner. After washing and drying, run your hand over the paint to feel how smooth it is. If it feels rough to the touch this indicates you have above surface bonded contaminants and would want to use Meguiar’s Smooth Surface Clay Kit to safely remove them and leave the paint as smooth as glass. Evaluate the paint by looking for below surface defects like swirls, scratches, stains and oxidation. If you have light paint defects Meguiar’s Ultimate Compound would be an excellent choice to safely remove them and enhance the clarity of the paint without creating further scratches or swirls.
Using Synthetic X-Press Spray Wax
Mist the product on one section at a time and spread quickly with a clean premium microfiber towel like Meguiar’s Supreme Shine Microfiber Towels. Flip your microfiber to a clean portion for a final wipe bringing the paint to a brilliant shine. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface. This product can also be applied to a wet vehicle after rinsing. Mist on wet car and proceed with drying using a premium automotive drying towel like Meguiar’s Water Magnet Drying Towel.
Tip:
If you get streaks in the paint respray the surface with a fine mist and wipe immediately. Also, consider working in smaller areas at a time prior to wipe off.
