Meguiar’s M210 Mirror Glaze Ultra Pro Finishing Polish is the next evolution in cleaner polishes that delivers amazing results, even on sensitive paints. Formulated for body shops and detailers, this all-new formula quickly removes light paint defects like DA haze and Rotary swirls. Rich polishing oils create a deep, glossy finish, even on dark and sensitive paints. This advanced formula is body shop safe and wipes off easily to reveal true results. It is also a versatile cleaner and polish that is safe and effective when working by hand, Dual Action Polisher or Rotary Buffer. Available in 32 oz and 1 gallon sizes.
Product selection for compounding and polishing
Compounds and polishes come in a variety of configurations. Choosing one depends on your workflow, severity of defects, and type of paint. Compounds are used for severe defect removal. Cleaner/polishes remove moderate defects and enhance gloss in one step. Polishes are used as a follow up step after compounding.
Application for optimum results
Meguiar’s M210 Mirror Glaze Ultra Pro Finishing Polish is the perfect follow up to M110 Ultra Pro Speed Compound.
- This professional grade cleaner polish works with non-diminishing abrasives to provide consistent, uniform cut and finish.
- Application can be via hand, rotary polisher or da polisher, like Meguiar’sMT300 Dual Action Polisher.
- It’s ideal for lightly cleaning and enhancing depth of shine on all glossy paints, including clear coats.
- M210 is the perfect follow up to M110 or any other Meguiar’s professional compound, especially when working on sensitive paints that are prone to swirling and hazing.
- PRO TIP #1: on those very sensitive, haze prone paints, you may want to try using a foam cutting disc for your finishing step rather than a more typical polishing disc.
- PRO TIP #2: try using a very short buffing cycle and a very small amount of product if haze persists and is hard to eliminate.
Application Tips
M210 Mirror Glaze Ultra Pro Finishing Polish was designed to enhance depth of shine while specifically addressing the issue of haze prone, soft paints, making it the perfect follow up to Meguiar’s M110 Ultra Pro Speed Compound.
- For best results, ensure car is cool to the touch and in the shade
- DA polisher application: Attach a polishing or cutting disc to the da polisher, dispense a small amount of the pro polish to the disc, no more than 4 or 5 pea sized drops.
- Set the tool speed to about 3800 OPM’s and apply M210 to the paint surface in a crosshatch pattern.
- Use moderate pressure on initial 2-3 passes followed by light pressure for following 2 passes.
- Rotary application: Set buffer to 1000-1400 rpm and apply direct directly to paint
- Buff 2’ x 2’ area using light to medium pressure, reducing pressure for final passes as M210 begins to dry.
- Add more cleaner & polish as needed, but do not overuse.
- Clean the pad frequently with a pad brush or compressed air.
