Profiline Cutmax (1 Litre)

SONAX 02463000 PROFILINE CutMax (1 litre) is a highly effective abrasive paste for the paint finish area. Ideal for heavily weathered or sanded paint layers. Removes scratches as well as inclusions of repair paints, smooths scrapes and removes spray paint. Eliminates sanding marks of sandpaper P1000 and finer. Thanks to the innovative low dust technology, low dust in use.

Grinding capacity: 6 gloss degree: 3.

Application:

• If necessary, sand the paint with sandpaper of the P100 grit (or finer).
• Speed adjustable rotary polishing machine with foam pad hard 160 (item no. 04931000) or LamwollPad 133 (item no. 04931410).
• Machines can be easily edged at the beginning.
• Then lay the pad flat and perform several short polishing passes especially on fresh paint.
• Wipe polish residue with microfibre cloth ultra-fine (item no. 04507000).
• Then polish to a high gloss with PerfectFinish (item no. 02243000).

Please note:

• Do not overheat polishing point.
• Regularly clean polishing pads and never use different polishing agents on one pad.
• Protect from frost.
• Keep out of reach of children.
